 Saskatchewan - the Best Home Base?

Thanks for mentioning it. Actually, I know Rae and read that post of hers just after I put this out myself. A curious coincidence that we're both onto the same issue at the moment. Sounds like Saskatchewan is the best home base for Canadian full time RVers in this regard.
