Cousin..

We are eagerly watching and learning through you eyes. A few of my kids have interest in surfing, I think in the ocean, and I like the idea of quieter, cooler inland. Any recommendations for something nearer the ocean and airport. Dennis

Hi Cousin,
The two international Airports are San Jose (inland) and Libera (near the coast). Tamarindo is a popular coastal town and famous for sufring. It's not far from the Libera Airport. We haven't made it there yet ourselves, but I hear it really has a "young people's" vibe (read party town). I'll post some photos and more info after we've been there.
