Trip Permit

I am having a hard time figuring out how to get a trip permit in Idaho. We are purchasing a 5th wheel from a private owner. This is the only piece of the puzzle missing. Can anyone offer any help?

 DMO office issues permits

In most states you would go to the DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) office. Have you tried that? If they don't issue them, surely they will know who does. You should be able to find the Idaho office locations on this website -
http://www.itd.idaho.gov/dmv/
